Terms of service.

Amari for Gmail — Terms of Service.

Effective November 2nd 2026.

These terms cover your use of Amari for Gmail, a Google Workspace add-on provided by Amari AI Inc (“Amari”). By installing or using the add-on, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you work for. If your company has a separate written agreement with Amari, that agreement takes precedence where the two differ.

Who can use it.

The add-on is for licensed customs brokers and their staff, working for a company that has an account with Amari. Your Google Workspace administrator decides whether it’s installed, and Amari decides which accounts are linked to a company. If your account isn’t linked, the add-on shows nothing and doesn’t read your email.

What the add-on does.

When you open an email, the add-on shows the shipment it’s about, the documents received and still missing, upcoming deadlines, and a reply you can choose to send. How we handle the email it reads is described in the Amari for Gmail Privacy Policy.

You stay in control.

The add-on suggests; you decide. Amari never sends email for you and never submits a customs filing for you. Drafts, document lists, deadlines and shipment matches are produced with software and AI, and they can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them. You, as the licensed broker, remain responsible for every filing, for classification and duty decisions, and for meeting customs deadlines.

Acceptable use.

Use the add-on only for your company’s customs and shipping work. Don’t try to access another company’s data, interfere with or reverse-engineer the service, get around its security, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful.

Your data.

Your company owns its email and shipment data. You give Amari permission to process it only to run and improve the add-on for your company, as the privacy policy describes. We don’t sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.

Availability and changes.

We work to keep the add-on available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change, suspend or stop the add-on. If we make a material change to these terms, we’ll update the effective date above and, where we can, tell you in the add-on.

Liability.

To the extent the law allows, Amari isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for penalties, fees or delays that result from relying on the add-on without checking its output. Our total liability for the add-on is limited to the amount your company paid Amari for it in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending use.

You can stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it, or by asking your administrator to remove it. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. Data is then deleted as the privacy policy describes.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless your company’s agreement with Amari says otherwise.
