What is the Amari MCP Server?
Amari MCP connects AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to your organization’s CargoWise data through eAdaptor. Built and operated by Amari, it lets you ask questions about individual shipments and draft updates using the information returned.
How does the MCP Server help my team?
The server helps your team by allowing them to extract real-time operational insights using conversational, plain-English questions.
How long does it take to connect the MCP server to an AI tool?
Minutes. All you have to do is sign in and authenticate. You might need to request access, like eAdaptor username and Enterprise ID, from your Cargowise administrator.
Can I get totals or reports across shipments?
Not yet — today it works one shipment at a time. Cross-shipment reporting is what we're building next. Tell us what report you'd want first.
Will the MCP server mess up my data?
The MCP server operates in read-only mode by default to ensure safe deployment without the risk of unintended data modifications.
How secure is my data?
Data access is strictly tenant-scoped with mandatory server-side permission enforcement. Every user is authenticated with dedicated scoped token.
